Earthquake Preparedness and Awareness Training – Faik Çelik MTAL

The GEA Bursa Team rolled up their sleeves for “Earthquake Preparedness and Awareness Training”.
On the occasion of February 28 Civil Defense Day, approximately 1000 students were given “Earthquake Preparedness and Awareness Training” at Faik Çelik Girls’ Technical and Vocational High School.

Things to do before, during and after the earthquake in order to be prepared against an earthquake; vital issues such as correct behavior model, regular and rapid evacuation and after-earthquake-family-gathering plan were shared with the students.

In particular, “misleading statements” were thought to be true and the importance of “fetal position” was emphasized.
School Principal Ms. Nur Teber presented a certificate of appreciation to the team.
