The GEA Search and Rescue Team was in Japan to provide basic Search and Rescue Training in disasters at the invitation of Peace Winds Japan, which has been carrying out humanitarian activities all over the world for over 17 years.
Transferring theoretical and practical Search and Rescue Trainings for two days at PWJ’s training facilities in the Jinsekikôgen region, the team shared their 20 years of field experience with team leaders and the operation team.
During this process, the team also held meetings with various non-governmental organizations.
