Disaster Psychology Training at Avrasya and Gumushane Universities

Our GEA Bursa team conducted a “Disaster Psychology” training, upon the invitation of Trabzon Avrasya University and Gümüşhane University, with the participation of 90 students on Sunday, March 1 from Gümüşhane University Health Vocational High School, and on Monday, March 2, with the participation of 130 students from the Avrasya University Occupational Health and Safety Program, Health Institutions Management and Child Development Department.

In the training, it was stated that children are the most affected ones by events in disasters, it was mentioned that disasters can happen at any moment of our lives, and that it is very important for us to be aware of it and to accept it.

At the end of the program, Seda Bağbancı, the Lecturer of Head of Emergency and Disaster Management Department from Avrasya University and Prof. Dr. Saime Şahinöz, the Head of Gümüşhane University AYAY Department presented their Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. Kemal Karadayı.
