GEA Plant Sapling – Kadıovacık Grove

GEA İzmir Volunteers planted 1050 saplings in Kadıovacık Grove.

100 volunteers from our İzmir (Alsancak, Bornova, Karşıyaka, Buca), Manisa and Aydın teams visited the grove in the Çeşme-Ildır-Kadıovacık afforestation area in cooperation with the Aegean Forest Foundation and planted 1050 saplings.
At the sapling planting ceremony, Perihan Öztürk, the General Manager Assistant of the Aegean Forest Foundation, said that GEA contributes to the works of the foundation every year. Ms.Öztürk informed about the works carried out in the field of afforestation in cooperation with İzmir Regional Directorate of Forestry. Perihan Öztürk thanked GEA for their contribution to nature.
